2007

May to December Pooja is working at The national Theatre as understudy for the play Rafta Rafta.
ON Monday 14th May there is a special Understudy run when the play will be performed by the understudies. Play is at 2.15p.m. and the enterance is free on first come first serve.

May Pooja is doing a photo shoot for The Race for Life which will be appearing in Woman magazine.

End April Pooja will be featured in Inside Soap

Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th May Pooja can be seen in The Bill on ITV

Sunday the 15th of April Pooja is appearing in the Sunday Star newspaper.

Thursday 22nd March and Tuesday 3rd April Pooja will be taking Part in Soapstar Superchef with Carly Hillman. Its ITV at 5pm.

Spring 2007 Pooja is currently filming for two episodes of the TV series The Bill which will be on screen in February 2007.

2006

November 2006 Shooting for a new British film Cash and Curry will start around November 2006. Pooja is playing the lead female.

End September/October 2006 Pooja will feature in Closer magazine Fashion Section.

Sunday 17th September Pooja was featured in Dail Star.

August 2006 Pooja was featured in Reveal magazine in the last week of August talking about her diet and how she lost 1 stone in weight.

August 2006 Pooja will be doing a Fashion Feature in the bi monthly magazine called Love Pouting. It will be in the shops from August 1st. best place to buy it is from Borders. It will be on sale till 1st October.

Friday 25th August Pooja filmed some VT footage for a reality show on Channel 5. The show will be broadcast later on this year.

Tuesday 22nd August Pooja attended another gig by The Latch (lead singer Lee Latchford Evans) in Soho

Tuesday15th August Pooja attended a Sky One party with Lee Latchford Evans. Two of them later attended a twenty minute theatre piece "Star Wars Shortened" by The Reduced Shakespeare Company condensing the 6 Star Wars movies into a 20 minute comedy show.

Wednesday 9th August Pooja went to Dubai for a 5 day break.

Tuesday 8th August Pooja spent her actual birthday at a gig in Earls Court where The Latch were playing

Saturday 5th August Pooja celebrated her 27th birthday at Astor in London with a lot of her close friends.

August 4th - 8th Pooja did a play reading at The Royal Court Theatre with her old co star from Eastenders, Ray Panthaki and her old co star from Bend It Like Beckham, Preeya Kalidas. The untitled play was directed by Poonama Brah.

Friday 28th July Pooja and her friend, The Big Brother contestant Emma Greenwood, spent a night in Wales. They had gone to attend Bridge FM's Local Hero awards in Cardiff, where Pooja presented two of the awards.

Thursday 27th July Pooja attended the lauch party for The Asian Music Awards 2006 in Old Street.

Wednesday 26th July Reporters from a new Indian magazine called Zaika came to Pooja's house for a photoshoot and an interview with Pooja and her mother about the types of dishes that they enjoy cooking together.

Monday 10th July Pooja went to The Great Ormond Street Hospital to donate a cheque for which she had helped to raise money. It was for The Roshan Cancer Appeal.

Saturday 8th July Pooja took part in The Race for Life in Regents Park. She welcomed all the participants and opened the race at the starting line.

Monday 12th June Pooja did a photoshoot for the breast cancer awareness campaign..

Sunday 11th June Pooja took part in a play reading at the Ipswich Fetstival. The play is called 'This Bloody River' by Mark Crumpler and was directed by Joyce Branagh.

Sunday May 14th and 21st music industry soccer six is being staged at Birmingham City with West Ham United hosting the second tournament a week later. Pooja will be taking part in both games.
Reigning women's champions Liberty X will be defending their title once again and ex-Atomic Kitten Liz McLarnon will also take part.
Other big names taking part include Kasabian, Starsailor, Dirty Pretty Things, Goldie Lookin' Chain, Caprice, Journey South, Tamer Hassan, Danny Dyer, Omid Djalili, John Leslie, Derek Acorah and Roy Walker, plus stars from Corrie, Holby City, The Bill, Hollyoaks, Shipwrecked, Boys Will Be Girls, Beauty and the Geek and X-Factor. April 19th 2006 Pooja Shah attended the Eastern Eye Asian Business Awards which was being held at the Grovesnor Hotel in Park Lane. She was joined by her ex colleagues Ameet Chana and Rudolf Walkerand was also joined by her Bend It like Beckham director Gurinder Chada.

April 15th 2006 Pooja attendedAmeet Chana's wedding at The Radisson Portman Hotel in Portman Square.

April Party Poker Charity 'Glam Slam' (Celebrity Show) - Pooja, along with 30 other celebrities took part in a charity poker game. Pooja was one of the six finalist.

April -STOP PRESS Media seems to be under the impression that Pooja is going to be in this year's Celebrity Love Island. Pooja would like everyone to know that it is 100% not true.

April Pooja recently took part in the filming of an educational documentary which will be aired on Channel 4 over a 5-part series, upto 8 times in October 2006.This series intends to explore the relationship between teenagers and soap operas and will ask the question "How do soaps affect teenagers’ lives?" It will feature some of the best-loved storylines and characters from Coronation Street, EastEnders, The OC, Hollyoaks and Neighbours from the past few months. This series is being made for Channel 4 by ZKK Television. They have an excellent track record in producing Channel 4 Education films and the company was recently nominated for a BAFTA and an RTS Award for a film called "99 Ways to Lose Your Virginity".

February- April Pooja spent a few months living in Los Angeles having various meetings and castings with producers. She plans to go back out to Los Angeles for a longer time early 2007.

January 15th 2006 Pooja attended attended The Mum Of The Year Awards at London's Waldorf Hotel with her Eastender friend, Jemma Walker.
